Subscription Terms

1. Overview

Calorie Snap offers a free version of the App with core features, and a Premium subscription ("Calorie Snap Premium") that unlocks additional functionality. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and are processed exclusively through Google Play.

2. Premium Features

Calorie Snap Premium includes, but is not limited to, the following features (features may be updated from time to time):

• Unlimited AI food photo recognition and calorie analysis
• Unlimited AI-generated personalized meal plans
• Unlimited AI recipe generation
• Advanced nutritional analysis (macronutrients, micronutrients)
• Detailed health statistics and trend charts
• Ad-free experience
• Priority customer support
• Access to all future Premium features during the subscription period

Free users may access limited AI features and basic tracking functions. We reserve the right to adjust the features available in the free and Premium tiers at any time, with reasonable notice.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

The following subscription plans are available. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase in the App and on Google Play:

Prices are subject to change. We will provide advance notice of any price changes. Your continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for Calorie Snap Premium from time to time. If a free trial is offered:

• The trial duration and terms will be clearly stated before you subscribe.
• You will not be charged during the trial period.
• At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Free trials are available only to new subscribers. If you have previously subscribed to Calorie Snap Premium, you may not be eligible for a free trial.

5. Billing and Payment

• All payments are processed by Google LLC through Google Play using the payment method associated with your Google account.
• Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually).
• You will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• We do not store or have access to your payment card or billing details; all billing is handled by Google Play.
• Applicable taxes may be added to the subscription price depending on your location.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Calorie Snap Premium subscription at any time. To cancel:

• Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
• Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Select Calorie Snap and tap Cancel subscription.

7. Refund Policy

Because Calorie Snap Premium provides immediate access to digital content and features upon purchase, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as follows:

• Google Play refund policy: Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund through Google Play. To request a refund through Google Play, visit Google Play's refund page.
• Legal rights: If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides statutory refund or cooling-off rights (such as the EU, UK, or Australia), those rights apply and are not affected by this policy.
• Technical issues: If you experience a significant technical problem that prevents you from accessing Premium features, please contact us at support@qinghcanl.cc. We will review your case and, where appropriate, may provide a remedy including a refund or extension.

To submit a refund request, you may also use the Refund feature within the App under Settings → Help Center → Refund.

8. Subscription Restoration

If you reinstall the App or use it on a new device, your Premium subscription will be automatically restored when you sign in to the same Google account that was used to purchase the subscription. If your subscription is not automatically restored, please contact us at support@qinghcanl.cc.

9. Account Deletion and Subscription

Deleting your Calorie Snap account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through Google Play as described in Section 6. After deleting your account, you will lose access to all your data and Premium features even if your subscription is still active.

10. Changes to Subscription Plans

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue subscription plans and features at any time. If we make changes that adversely affect your current subscription:

• We will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice via email or in-app notification.
• You may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect without penalty.
• If you do not cancel, your continued use of the subscription after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Subscription Transfer

Calorie Snap Premium subscriptions are tied to the Google account used for purchase and cannot be transferred to another account or user.

12. Google Play Terms

Your subscription is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and payment policies. In the event of any conflict between these Subscription Terms and Google Play's terms with respect to payment processing, Google Play's terms shall govern for payment-related matters.
